Cancellation Policy

For group courses Merispanish will offer a full refund 1 week before the start of the course. Less than a week before the course starts there will be a full refund minus a £30 late cancellation fee. If you cancel between lessons 1 and 3 you can transfer your booking onto a future course but there will be no refund of course fees. For private 1-2-1 and online tuition no refunds are available for lessons bought on a one-off basis. For those on a Pricing Plan, lessons can be cancelled and/or rescheduled up to 24 hours before start time.
